How long is it take to produce my goods?
Hi everybody, today we are talking about the products production time.
The following is the production reference time to be calculated after confirming the renderings (if there is no need to confirm the renderings, it shall be calculated from the collection time)
We will process your order within 2 working days normally. If there is any problem with the documents or order information, we will contact you via email to make changes
If there is no problem with the order, we will start to process your design, if the order number of keychain, buttons, standees, stickers, badges, pillows is more than 10 or you have special requirements, we will confirm the effect chart (within 2 days after the collection), please pay attention to the email message. After confirming, we will arrange production.
Warm tips: if the order quantity of keychain, standees, stickers, badges, pillows, PVC cards is over 10, or you have special requirements, you need to pay attention to the mailbox within 2 days of collection. Please confirm the effect drawing as soon as possible, so that we can arrange the order as soon as possible.
After delivery, we will inform you of the specific waybill number by email, and you can also check the logistics information by website navigation bar “Order Lookup” (https://vograce.com/apps/parcelpanel).
Expedited：DHL,TNT,UPS,FedEx,佐川急便,etc.(4-10days excluding weekends)
Standard(In some areas)：USPS/CNE Express(10-20days)
Standard(Russian)：Russian Post(30-50days)
The express time limit is only used as a reference for transportation time, not including production time.
