1. Understanding Artwork Ownership & Intellectual Property
Intellectual property rights protect different forms of creative and commercial work, including:

2. How Vograce Handles Customer Artwork
Customer designs are submitted to Vograce for custom merchandise production. We recognize the importance of respecting how these files are used and shared.
As outlined in our existing policy:

Permission for Sharing: Vograce does not share customer designs with third parties without the customer's permission.

Consent for Additional Use: Before using customer artwork beyond order fulfillment, such as for promotional purposes, we seek appropriate consent and provide attribution to the creator.

3. Customer Rights & Responsibilities
When submitting artwork to Vograce, customers must ensure they have the necessary rights or authorization to use the materials for their intended order.
This applies to original artwork as well as content featuring third-party characters, illustrations, logos, photographs, or other protected elements.
Before uploading artwork, please ensure that:

You own the relevant intellectual property rights or have permission from the rights holder.

Your intended use of the artwork is covered by any applicable license or authorization.

Your design does not infringe the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of another party.
Under our Terms & Conditions, customers are responsible for the artwork they submit, including liabilities arising from unauthorized use of third-party intellectual property.
4. Unauthorized Artwork & Order Restrictions
Vograce reserves the right to cancel orders or stop production when there is reason to believe that submitted artwork infringes another party's intellectual property rights.
Please note that the availability of an image online does not necessarily mean it is free to reproduce commercially.
If you plan to customize merchandise using copyrighted characters, fan art, or branded designs, make sure you have the appropriate permissions for your intended use.
Customers who are uncertain about artwork authorization should clarify the relevant rights before placing an order.
5. Copyright & Trademark Concerns
We take intellectual property concerns seriously and provide a process for reporting suspected copyright or trademark infringement.
