Custom Button Pins

Vograce custom button pins are mainly made with printed tinplate and a pin back. They are lightweight, affordable, and suitable for artist merch, events, giveaways, ita bags, backpacks, and everyday accessories.

Vograce offers round, square, heart, star, cat-ear, and other creative button pin shapes. Depending on the product, you can also choose finishes and effects such as glossy, frosted, holographic, glitter, foil, glow-in-the-dark, and plush styles.

For round button pins, Vograce currently offers 25, 32, 37, 44, 58, and 75 mm sizes. Smaller button pin sizes work well for simple icons and character faces, while 44–58 mm gives illustrations more room and 75 mm suits larger, more detailed designs.

Button pins usually feature full-color printed artwork on a lightweight tinplate base, making them a cost-effective choice for illustrations and larger designs. Enamel pins use metal with enamel-filled color areas and offer a different, more dimensional finish.

Many Vograce products support low-MOQ or one-piece customization, although the exact minimum depends on the button pin style. Larger quantities also receive automatic volume discounts, so the per-piece price generally decreases as you order more.

Yes. Multiple designs using the same size and production process can be submitted together. If the designs use different products, processes, sizes, or accessories, add them separately to the cart and check out together.

For most printed button pins, Vograce recommends high-resolution PSD, PNG, PDF, or AI files in CMYK color mode. Artwork should generally be at least 300 DPI and 1000 pixels on the longest side for clearer printing. You can also use Vograce’s Image Print Size Calculator to check how your image resolution translates into an appropriate print size before ordering.

For orders with more than five applicable custom items, including button pins, Vograce generally sends a proof by email within 2–5 working days. Production begins after confirmation. For smaller orders, you can leave a note if you specifically need a proof.

Standard round and heart button pins currently list an estimated production time of about 7–10 business days, excluding proof confirmation and shipping. Delivery time and shipping cost depend on the destination, order details, and shipping method selected at checkout.
