this was my first time ordering from vograce and had absolutely no clue what to do at first. i wasnt sure what sizes i needed to submit etc but i had left an order note explaining this and the person in charge of my order (mona!) handled it so gracefully. i hadnt even asked nor met the 6pc requirement to receive proofs but they had sent me them anyway just to be sure i was happy with my product. they had quickly altered the sizes and everything so it fit perfectly because i had messed it up when submitting. this was also a christmas gift and i was already cutting it very close to date but they made sure my order would get processed and sent on time and it even came a few days early! the communication was so quick and they were very kind :] very clear so i could understand aspects i wasnt too familiar with. the product looks beautiful the quality is great and it was packed very carefully! i recommend!
