Everything came out perfectly, I'm so in love with these ❤

I adore the quality and comfort that it provides. I ordered 2 different designs and they both came.out wonderful. The only negative thing I'd have to say would be in regards to shipping - since it is made separately by a different manufacturer it causes your shipment to take longer. Overall, I'm still really satisfied!

So, for some context- I am going to my first ever convention as an artist/vendor in a few days. I ordered myself some stuff in January because the con is this March. First things first, though, I want to personally thank Matsuno for constantly keeping in contact with me and finding the fastest shipping route possible. Literally, best person I could've ever worked with and was really understanding about my stress about all of this.

These mousepads were SO much better than I expected! The 3D wrist support is SO soft and so comfortable! I actually got 12 instead of 11 as well, so I was super excited about that!

Printing was pretty accurate. The mousepads are pretty large, which isn’t bad; you can see the design in great detail. The padding is very squishy and supportive.

I've never worked with mousepads before, but even when I had a little trouble with the files Vograce was extremely helpful! My mousepads turned out beautifully and was a perfect addition for my shop!
