1. Refund Conditions: Sample fees are refundable for orders of 300+ units per design within the same order.
2. Confirmation Deadline: Once we send you the physical product images, please confirm within 3 days whether you wish to proceed with the bulk order; late confirmations will not qualify for refunds.
3. Order Cancellation: No refund if the sample process has begun.
4. Multiple Orders: Sample fees are non-refundable for split orders, as fabric and sample preparation are done together.
5. Physical Samples: Sample fees are non-refundable if physical samples are shipped for confirmation.
