②The default hole location is directly above the design. If the hole location needs to be placed in other positions, please leave a message or mark in the design. If there are hole position requirements or more than 5 orders, we will confirm the outline with you through the email. The others will be arranged to do the goods directly. 2、File requirements
Please Upload PSD/PNG/PDF/AI file. Please providing CMYK colour. Need 300 resolution, 1000 pixels or more.
The best file to upload is PNG transparent background or PSD format.
Warm Tips ： 
①Different design for double side, please separate the layer.
②If your design with semi-transparent part, please separate your design's semi-transparent art from your artwork as an individual layer in PSD file, and name it.
③Charm size should include charms border and hole and depends on the longest edge, not only the printing design size.

3、How to get more bargain?

5、How to make borderless charms ?

①.0.5 mm single bleeding edge (with color) must be left for cutting.
②We can just need to upload your design with the background, don't need to draw the cutline! Our designer will draw for you.

6、how to make gradient charms？

①You can just put a separate gradient layer on the design.
Or just put 'semi transparent' in the file name as well as left a note in the order just in case.
②For light colors, it can be very close to transparent. To avoid this problem, you can make the background color a little darker.

~Very pleased with my lil gremlins~

Sooooo I've been very obsessed with my OC Tom here lately, he's basically become my comfort character lol. I've been doodling his lil face on my hand, and flirting with the idea of getting a tattoo of him. (didn't get the tattoo because 1#: it goes against my religious beliefs, and 2#: I'm a hugelarge fraidy cat when it comes to pain and needles ;w;)

Silly tattoo ideas aside, I wanted my booger on a keychain so I can wear him around and take my hecking gremlin with me everywhere I go lol. I ordered seven 1 inch bois and seven 4 inch bois... I was very excited for my order and wanted to keep tabs on it, and the lovely people who work with this website/company were very prompt in their responses to questions about my order as well as helping me get a Vograce account setup! The people not only responded in a timely fashion, but were also very polite and helpful.

The 1 inch bois are very tiny, perfect for converting into earrings. (a 1.5 inch may even work for such an expenditure as well... can't confirm because I've yet to order one in that size lol). And the 4 inch bois are pretty big, so better order that if u like ur keychains big lol! I'm very happy with my purchase as these baby bois were worth the wait! (I ordered in late April, and it came in mid May... which is perfect timing, bc I'm going through a tough time emotionally, and I'm super happy to have my comfort bab with me during this tough time) I'm currently wearing my 4 inch boi as a pendant on my necklace, and wearing two 1 inch babs as earrings. (they're easy to convert into earrings with pliers, fishhook earrings, and some steel rings) People have complimented me on them, saying that they're cute ;w;

Two of my coworkers even wanted a Tom, which fills me with honor and happiness! (I haven't sold any because he's a personal character and not too many people know about him, but I know what site to go to if he ever gets his lucky break and becomes marketable!) I also intend to give a keychain and earrings to my bestie as well as maybe give spare Toms to those who might want/like/appreciate one.

All in all a very good experience, and I'd likely order more things from this site in the future! (maybe even edit this review with pics if this site allows it). The keychains are beautiful, and very well made. Perfect for anyone who wants a keychain of their OC or any character that they can't seem to find merch of. Your only limitations is your ability to draw and to make sure you have the money in the bank to get them! (Which for the quality and quantity, I feel like I payed a good price for them)
