Yes. Applicable acrylic charms support double-sided printing with either the same or different artwork. If you choose the same design on both sides, the back will normally appear mirrored. For artwork containing text, Vograce recommends choosing double-sided different designs and uploading the front and back separately.
Vograce measures charm size by the longest edge of the finished piece, including the acrylic border and hole—not just the printed artwork. The default border is generally 2 mm, and the hole is normally placed above the design. If you need a different hole position, mark it in your artwork or leave instructions with your order.
Yes. Vograce offers a wide selection of keychain accessories, including metal rings, lobster clasps, shaped clasps, bead chains, phone straps, cords, tassels, and other attachments in different shapes and colors. Available accessory options may vary by product.
For core acrylic charm products, Vograce recommends PSD, PNG, PDF, or AI files in CMYK at 300 DPI, with at least 1000 pixels on the longest side. A transparent PNG or layered PSD is preferred, especially for double-sided or semi-transparent designs.
Many core Vograce acrylic charm products have a 1-piece MOQ, including clear and holographic acrylic keychains, making them suitable for samples, personal projects, and small artist orders. MOQ may vary for specialty products, so check the individual product page before ordering. Bulk quantity discounts are available on applicable products.
Most Vograce acrylic keychains have a protective film on the surface to help prevent scratches during production and shipping. Simply peel it off to reveal the clear, glossy acrylic underneath. Epoxy acrylic products are an exception and may not use the same protective film.
For orders with more than five keychains, Vograce generally sends a digital proof or cutline by email within 2–5 working days for confirmation before production. If you order fewer pieces but still need a proof, leave a note with your order.
Current core acrylic charm products such as clear, rainbow, and holographic acrylic keychains list an estimated production time of 7–10 business days, excluding proof confirmation and shipping. Shipping cost and delivery time vary by destination, shipping method, package weight, and the products in your order.
If you receive acrylic charms with a qualifying manufacturing defect, contact Vograce and provide clear photos or videos within four weeks of delivery. Depending on the case, Vograce may offer remanufacturing with free shipping, a refund, or another eligible after-sales solution. Its warranty also covers certain non-user-caused breakage, cracking, and adhesive failures within 60 days.
