Custom Cute Stickers

Before ordering custom stickers from Vograce, please review the following guidelines on minimum quantities, artwork preparation, multiple designs, and printing limitations.

1. Minimum Order Quantity & Ordering Units

For sticker products using this ordering format, the minimum order quantity is 10 pieces per design.

Stickers are sold in sets of 10 pieces. The quantity you enter on the product page represents the number of sets, not individual stickers.

Example: To order 100 stickers of one design, enter "10" in the quantity field.

You can increase the quantity as needed. Always check the total number of stickers before completing your order.

2. Ordering Multiple Designs

You can upload multiple sticker designs in a single order. Please clearly indicate the required quantity for each design.

• Each design must meet the minimum order quantity of 10 pieces.

• Label your artwork files clearly to distinguish different designs.

• Specify the quantity for each design to avoid confusion during production.

3. Semi-Transparent Artwork

If your artwork contains semi-transparent elements, please make sure these areas are clearly identified.

• Layered files: Place semi-transparent elements on a separate, clearly named layer.

• Other file formats: Include "semi-transparent" in the file name and add a note explaining the intended effect when ordering.

Clear instructions help our production team identify which parts of your design require transparency.

4. Borderless Sticker Limitations

Please note that holographic film stickers and matte film stickers currently do not support borderless designs.

For other sticker finishes, check the applicable product options and artwork guidelines before requesting borderless printing.

5. Before Placing Your Order

Please check the following details:

• The total number of stickers matches your required quantity.

• Each design meets the minimum order quantity.

• Multiple designs and their quantities are clearly identified.

• Semi-transparent elements are properly marked.

• Your selected sticker finish supports the requested design style.

✂️ Special Design – Full-Bleed Stickers
1. Add Bleed to Your Artwork
• Please add a 2 mm bleed on each side of your design to ensure accurate cutting for borderless stickers.
2. Do Not Add Cutlines
• You don’t need to draw the cutline — just make sure the bleed is included in the artwork.
3. Leave a Note with Your Order
• Please specify that the order is for full-bleed stickers in the note section when placing your order.ote section when placing your order.

Here's how proof confirmation works, when to expect your artwork preview, and how production time is calculated.

1. When Will I Receive My Artwork Proof?

For eligible orders of more than 5 pieces, including products such as custom keychains, button pins, standees, stickers, and pillows, Vograce generally sends digital proofs by email within 2–5 working days.

Once you receive your proof, please check the artwork and confirm that everything looks correct before production begins.

Ordering 5 pieces or fewer? If you'd like to review a proof, please leave a note requesting proof confirmation when placing your order.

Proof requirements may vary depending on the product and customization details.

2. How to Review & Confirm Your Proof

When your proof arrives, carefully review the details relevant to your design, including:

• Artwork & Layout: Check the design, orientation, and placement.

• Cutlines & Borders: Review the cutting outline and borders, if applicable.

• Text & Colors: Check spelling, artwork details, and color arrangements.

• Special Requirements: Verify any requested customization details shown in the proof.

If anything needs adjustment, reply to the proof email with clear instructions before approving it.

Important: For orders requiring proof confirmation, production will begin only after you approve the artwork.

We recommend checking your email regularly after placing an order to avoid unnecessary delays.

3. How Is Production Time Calculated?

Proof confirmation time is not included in the estimated production time.

For orders requiring approval, the production timeline begins after your artwork proof has been confirmed.

The overall order timeline may include:

1. Artwork Review & Proof Preparation: Your design is reviewed, and a proof is prepared when required.

2. Proof Confirmation: You review and approve the artwork or request adjustments.

3. Production: Your customized products are manufactured according to the approved design.

4. Shipping & Delivery: Your completed order is dispatched using the selected shipping method.

Production times vary by product type, quantity, and customization requirements.

4. Ordering Multiple Custom Products?

If your order contains different product types, the estimated shipping date is based on the item with the longest production time.

For example, if you order custom stickers and acrylic keychains together, the overall production schedule will depend on whichever product takes longer to manufacture.
