I really like the lanyard and Charm that was given. My only thing I could say, is now having it in person I can see where I need to edit the graphic a bit more to to be clearer on the lanyard. Otherwise it was an easy process, and arrived quickly. It actually took longer for them to produce the product rather then ship it. Shipping was the only warning I ever about products here, and that was a non-issue. Seems like you should order at minimum 3-5 week ahead of time. This is my first time ordering from a manufacture I can’t say any more good things bout this! The samples I got came out soo beautifully my landyard details weren’t really visible but that’s my fault because I’ve never made a lanyard keychain before soo next time definitely simplifying my landyards but I can’t belive my art is on first time merch i absolutely love it and im already designing more keychains! lol definitely (100) percent recommend this business thank you soo much for making my dream come true!🖤🌙

I had problems with my order when it arrived to customs but Mona did everything she could to get my order in time since I needed it in a short time

Great quality control, good pricing. Holidays do understandably delay production time, so take that into consideration if you have a time sensitive order.

The prices for bigger sizes are definitely a bit overpriced but I will use in the future for more things :D
