Custom Slow-rise Squishy Plush Keychain

The squishy is a little hard but it become my new fidget toy ! It's really soft and color are bright. It's well made and good quality ! Perfect for gift.

I ordered 20 of these plush keychains on August 6th with the intention of getting them before an event I have on September 19th. On August 19th, I sent an email asking how long the production window was for them because it didn’t say on the Shipping, Production Time & Cost Calculator on the website and was told they would take 10 more business days. On September 5th (over 10 business days after that follow up email), I sent another email asking about their status. I was told that they were supposed to be finished on September 2nd and that the production tracking likely just hadn’t updated. I asked if I could upgrade my shipping to a faster speed so I could make sure that they were delivered in time and my representative agreed to do so - this was the only good part of this experience. My keychains finally arrived today, over a month after I placed my order, and they look terrible! They look look nothing like the schematic proof I created for them to follow. I don’t even want to look at them, much less sell them, and I don’t have enough time to get them remade before my event. TO ANY PEOPLE WANTING TO ORDER THESE CHARMS - they are shaped much more like an oval than the template would lead you to believe, meaning that your artwork will be very distorted and stretched horizontally.

Honestly, even better than how they look in the pictures or videos. I'm very happy with my test! Now time to put in the real order!!
