Design Guidelines
1. Double-Sided Design
• Same design on both sides will be mirrored by default.
• If needed, upload front and back separately and choose different design.
• For double-sided designs, keep front and back on separate layers.
2. Size Information
• Charm size should include charms border and hole and depends on the longest edge(the vertical or horizontal length of the charm's artwork), not only the printing design size.
3. Text in Design
• If your design includes text, please select the option “Double sided different designs” to ensure the text appears correctly and not mirrored on the back side.
4. Default Border Width
• Default Border Width: 2mm
Simply provide your original design draft, and our designers will draw the outlines and hole positions for you.

✨ Special Finishes
5. Borderless Charms
• Please leave a 0.5 mm bleed area with background color for cutting.
• No need to draw the cutline — just upload your design with background, and our designers will create the cutline for you.
6. Gradient /Semi-Transparent & Layer Setup
• If your design includes semi-transparent or gradient effects, place them on a separate named layer, or name your file with “semi-transparent” and leave a note with your order.
• For light colors, avoid using overly pale shades — we recommend a slightly darker background to prevent unwanted transparency.

• Color Mode: CMYK (Japan Color 2001 Coated)
• Resolution: 300 DPI, with at least 1000 pixels on the longest side
2. File Naming
• Name each file as: DesignName_Quantity_#AccessoryNumber
• Example: CatCharm_50_#B3
3. How to Upload
• Place all files into one folder
• Compress the folder into a .ZIP file
• Upload the ZIP file on the product page when placing your order

1. Protective Film on Acrylic Keychains
• All Vograce acrylic keychains (except epoxy ones) come with a protective film on the surface.
• Please tear off the film to reveal the bright and transparent finish.
2. Proofs for Special Orders
• If you order more than 5 keychains or have special requirements, we will provide a proof and cutline for confirmation before production.

Lovely for nature designs

I ordered some of my keychains in this ripple style for the first time and it looks really great! I would definitely recommend this if you’re drawing anything with flowers or water.

Underwater Mermaids

Each keychain came out crystal clear, with the colors being accurate to my original piece. The front wavy pattern pairs well with the style, I only wish I had added a gradient for the background. Either way it came out stunning and I'm very happy with the final result.

Making Ripples

I have been wanting to make ripple style charms for a little while but at the same time i didn't really have design that would suit these acrylic charm style. Originally my background colour was meant to be clear but I thought it would be too plain, so I added a gradient colour to give the design a bit of the push. the colouring of the acrylic is a little translucent when you are holding it up, but the colour pops when its placed on a solid surface. The ripping for the acrylic is really nice and unique, not one has same style ripple so it looks different each time. The printing is very clear. I always do find that printing anything in pastel yellow or pastel pinks, do come out a lot more paler. So definitely brighten them up if you want the pinks and yellows to come out.
