Our website has undergone major updates this November! Here's a quick look at the exciting changes.
1.Discount Updates
① Event discounts are now automatically applied. Once an event starts, products available for the event will have their discounts applied, whether added to the cart before or after the event begins.
② VIP members will enjoy an additional VIP discount on top of the product and event discounts (login required).
2. New Points Redemption
① Points can now be used to deduct from your order total.
Simply enter your points in the redemption box during checkout (login required).
Please enter your redemption points in the box above, the box below is not available.
Discount codes are also can only be used in the above box.
The conversion rate is 100 points = $2. You can also apply a personal discount code (one code only).
② Points Redemption in the Points Shop
Access the Points Shop through the entry shown in the image.
You can redeem shipping coupons and physical products (coming soon).
Click to redeem the shipping coupon, and it will directly deduct points.
Copy the coupon code and enter it in the discount code box during checkout (only one shipping coupon code per order).
③ Points redeemed for product discounts or shipping coupons will directly deduct points (coupons are valid for one month).
If no order is placed at the time of redemption, you can view your redeemed coupons in the "Rewards" section of the points module.
3.Upgraded Membership System
After purchasing a membership, your VIP status will be activated within one minute. The VIP membership is valid for one year, starting from the date of purchase.
We've updated some membership benefits, adding 1.5 times points on top of product discounts. If your product purchases over the past year exceed $272, we recommend upgrading to a Gold Card membership, which could save you more than the membership cost.
