The products on this site are elaborately crafted and meet high quality standards set by our staff.

If you receive any non-conforming products, please contact us and you can choose from these 3 options for the solution to the defective products:

When you receive the items, if there is any product defect, the product will be considered as "initial defective product".

In this case, please contact us within 4 weeks after the arrival of the products, providing photos/videos of the defective products.(After signing for more than 4 weeks, we default that the product has been used and will cause normal wear and tear.)

If your salesman's handling method does not meet this standard, or you are not satisfied with the handling method, please send a private letter to our social media accounts. After confirmation, we will give you a $5 coupon. Thank you for helping us become better.

Packaging is severely damaged	If you find the products damaged. We will treat them as initial defects and remanufacture them. We apologize for any inconvenience caused to you. Color differences	If the color is obviously different,we will treat them as initial defects and remanufacture them.The following are examples of warranty coverage::	Due to the differences between Vograce's printing machine and the customer's printer/monitor environment and different materials, the colors may be slightly different when printing. These are not covered by the warranty, as they are caused by differences in printer models and printing methods, as well as differences in how they appear on the monitor and what is printed. The following pictures show the color differences, these are not covered by the warranty.
Scratches / defects / dents	If there are obvious scratches or defects when the product is taken out, we consider it as an initial defect. Also, if a sharp object hits the printed surface, scratches may appear on the printed surface, and if continued strong pressure, the material may shatter, so please do not do this. The picture below shows the product dent/scratch.	The scratches may also be due to the scratches on the protective film, please tear off the plastic protective film on the surface.
Improper printing	If there are stains, blurs or gaps on the product, lines that are not smooth, etc., we consider them as initial defects.If there are very small designs such as hair designs or lines, the white areas may stand out or become transparent. The width of the lines must not be thinner than the specified size, otherwise there will be corresponding disconnection.	Due to the limitation of machine technology, the gilded edges of gilded/hot stamping acrylic key chains may be jagged, which is not covered by the warranty. Shown below:
See-through	When printing on both sides, the color on the front side is lighter than the back side and may appear see-through when viewed from the front side.Please try not to design like this. If this happens, we will re-thicken the white ink layer for you as appropriate.
Proof Approval	After the customer confirms the proofs, if there is a wrong process or pattern, we will regard it as an initial defect.	Please check the proofs we sent. If confirmed by the customer, we will use the confirmed draft as the final draft to make the product.
Missing component	If there is a missing part when the product is taken out, we consider it an initial defect, and resend any missing parts.	/
Others	If the products are damaged, or the quantity and size of the products you receive is not the same as what you ordered, we will reproduce them.	/
A stain	If there is dirt inside the product/the article is dirty, it will be regarded as an initial defect
Transport	If anything is lost in transit, we will remanufacture it for you.	If the shipment shows that it has been signed for, we will not be able to manufacture it again.
Rework freight	We will pay the freight for rework due to our error.	If it is not due to production errors and other errors caused by our company, the freight will not be borne by us.
Crease, indentation	There are creases and indentations in the products, it will be regarded as an initial defect

Ink bleeding, white spots	If the wood printing has more ink bleed and white spots, we consider it as an initial defect. Due to the material of the wood itself, there may be some white spots. The picture below shows the white point display.
