I was really excited to get custom washi tape for the first time. They were very responsive about any questions I had and were totally transparent. Their communication and service is really good. They arrived in a timely manner and the quality is really nice. The quality is great and the colors are really nice too, very accurate to the design I sent in. This was the first time I made a washi tape and was really unsure of how it would turn out, but it was very easy to follow the instruction and they turn out exactly the way I send them. Not expecting so much detail, super cool and they stick super well. I'll order again for sure.

This was the first time I've ever created an actual washi tape design and got my own custom products, and the result is really cute and fun.
