I waited around 3 months for him, and throughout much communication and approval he finally came home yesterday! I am absolutely mesmerized by him and the quality.. His hair is so unbelievably soft I love to brush through it and style it to my liking! He is everything I've dreamt of and I'm so happy to have ordered from here ^_^

They didn't lie that it would take months to make but it was worth it! Communication was wonderful and updated me on the progress of the plushies and even waited when the outfit I wanted was in stock for me. Overall, I enjoy the quality of the plushies!!

i ordered two 20cm dolls - and both are spectacular quality!! the embroidery is exactly the colors i wanted, and so bright and clean!! keep in mind when buying you need to both design the face/hair and communicate with an employee through the entire process, but the employee i talked through during the process was very attentive to what i asked for and very sweet too. all of the fabrics and the fur i chose are very soft, the doll is very firm to the touch and very well sewn, it’s such a clean result! i opted to sew the clothes myself, hence the… state they’re in. overall, i’d say they’re worth the price, especially since they’re made by real people. this was a wonderful purchase and experience and i’d 100% buy again!
